• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the furniture and mattress industry
• Strong knowledge of furniture and mattress products, applications, and relevant markets
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a sales team
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales and business development
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our furniture and mattress products
• Identify and target potential customers in the furniture and mattress industry, building strong relationships and generating new business opportunities

• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
