After a long pause caused by the Covid pandemic, the doors of the Interzum fair in Cologne/Germany were open again for visitors all over the world.

Our Steinert Team took also the chance to visit the fair, meet existing partners and get updates of new developments as well as technology and materials.

This years motto was : INTERZUM GOING GREEN , offering and showcasing green technology and energy based productions and materials to support the environment and reduce overall hazardous and non renewable materials.

Our partner for the Mattress industry, ELEKTROTEKS , had show cased several new units and developments for automatic mattress assembly such as full auto hotmelt lines with new nozzle and bridge systems as well as waterbased mattress sandwich production.

New units were Foam cutting machines including carrousel cutters as well as fully integrated storage, handling and cutting lines for Block foam, short foam material

Our Partner DURAK, was also going with the motto ”Recycled Thread Materials”  supporting the theme of the Interzum fair being all about GREEN products. All thread materials from polyester are offered as recycled versions to customers who want to support environmental regulations and reduce emissions and pollution. The designs and bright colors remain eye catching, keeping quality standards at highest level
